For the ladies

A quickie from my notebook:

Before class, I stuffed myself full of fat, salt, sugar, and caffein, the 4* food groups for the menstruating woman.

*I have heard that there is a 5th group--orange--but this hasn't been independently confirmed.

Yes, there is an orange food group. Orange juice, cheese, wolf brand chili, funyuns....the orange food group and chocolate get me through rough times. :-)

Since chocolate has fat, sugar, and caffein (and probably salt, but you can't taste it), it is probably the prototypical member of this food group. But you have to round it out with potato chips.
